They say "stick with what you know best". So...that is what I am doing. I started out baking for friends and family with food allergies. As requests grew, it was brought to my attention..."and the American things?" Well I'll be darned. Right they were! Brownies and Pecan Pie are a big hit among the Brits and those I try to bring a little bit of back home to..as the repertoire expands I hope to catch the eye of those who miss a Taste of America.
